About Associates

The Associates for Well-Being offers supportive and integrative therapy with an emphasis on strength-based, cognitive, behavioral, mindful, and relational approaches. We are licensed, general clinicians who enjoy helping others work through difficult times in their lives, learn new coping and well-being strategies, achieve their goals, and maximize their enjoyment and fulfillment in their lives. Our approaches in alleviating psychological distress focus on cultivating safe and meaningful relationships, providing support, considering practical steps to improve circumstances, and improving coping. Our clinicians help people improve their anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustments, relationship issues, and school and work-related distress. We provide individual therapy to adults. Our clinicians, Dr. Kristin Shelesky and Ms. Karen Johnson, LCSW, look forward to talking with you more about how therapy can be helpful for you!
