Therapy can make an enormous difference in people's lives. I've seen it again and again. And if you're considering therapy -- alone or with your partner -- you've probably reached a point where you realize that things need to change. Getting that change started is a big step. And finding the right person makes all the difference. I'll want first and foremost to understand the situation you're in, and to get a sense of how you see things. I'll want to understand what you've been experiencing, and what sorts of changes you'd like to see. Once we have a clear understanding of what's happening for you, and a sense of where you want things to go, then -- together -- we'll get you there. It takes work, and it's not always easy, but if you're working with the right person, things will change. I'm an MIT graduate, and taught for 20 years in the Holistic Counseling program at SRU. I remain on the faculty of the Gestalt International Study Center, and continue to train therapists locally, nationally, and internationally.
