I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of adults with anxiety disorders including generalized anxiety (worry), social anxiety, panic, post-traumatic stress, and obsessive compulsive disorder. As a cognitive behavioral therapist with over 30 years of experience, I rely on evidence-based practices to help my clients. Over my career, I have worked in a variety of settings, both inpatient and outpatient, which has provided me with a broad range of experience.
