My training includes advanced coursework in Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Bowen Therapy, EMDR, and SFBT-Play Therapy, and Satir's experiential therapy, all completed under the guidance of leading experts in the field. Professionally, I have served as a QMHP at MHMR, specializing in bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, and substance use disorders. I help clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including substance use, mental health disorders, chronic illness, cancer diagnoses, grief and loss of a child and other loved ones, relationship struggles, women’s issues, sexual trauma, domestic violence, and struggles unique to LGBTQ community.
