Healing from trauma, anxiety, or the weight of past experiences can feel overwhelming at times. You may be someone who is motivated to feel better but unsure how to begin. It’s my goal to create a calm, supportive space to help you explore what’s no longer working and to gently reconnect with the parts of you that may feel lost, hurt, or stuck. I work with adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply and gently untangle what’s been getting in their way. Many of the people I support identify as highly sensitive, and have histories of trauma or relational wounding. View 4 Photos I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (SP) to support nervous system regulation, healing, and a more grounded sense of self. Therapy with me is collaborative, paced with care, and centered around what feels right to you. Together, we’ll explore how your past may be showing up in the present and gently create space for new ways of being to emerge.
