About Amiko

If you're feeling stuck in your relationships or overwhelmed by stress, you're not alone. I work with individuals, couples, and families to break old patterns, heal from relational wounds, and build stronger connections. My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. With strong clinical training in systems theory and couples therapy, I also bring a trauma-informed lens to our work. I'm currently using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful approach for healing trauma and emotional distress. Having lived in multiple countries, I integrate a cross-cultural perspective into therapy. I welcome clients of all backgrounds, including those navigating identity exploration, life transitions, or intergenerational dynamics.
