Allison Basile

I am a therapist with over 30 years of experience and am committed to working with clients to design and live their desired life. I see clients in person as well as offer telehealth sessions . I work with male, female, couples ages 18 to geriatric. I use traditional psychotherapy modalities but integrate humor, positive psychology and mindfulness. My goal is to help you find a solution and resolution to your issues, with empathy and understanding. I am a holistic therapist, as well as a life coach, and believe that the body and the mind are intimately linked. When we are unhappy, we don't just experience that in a cognitive way, but also through the body. I am highly experienced in the areas of depression and anxiety disorders, ADHD, weight issues, life stage transitions and aging. I believe that successful therapy starts with a trusting relationship between the therapist and the client. I think it is very important for the process of therapy to be empowering, and that starts with the initial meeting .Our first session will be an opportunity for you to talk at length about why you have called and what issues you want help with.
