If you’re here, something in your life or relationships probably isn’t lining up. Maybe the same argument keeps looping, anxiety is always there, or a big transition has you questioning who you are. You might be carrying pain no one sees, or wondering how your life fits into a meaningful story. Mostly, you want steadier connection with yourself and with the people who matter. I’m a family therapy intern with systemic training at Seattle University. My work draws from structural and narrative therapy, with a lot of attention to the body so we can notice what shows up in real time and try new ways of relating. My own experiences and my Filipino/White upbringing mean I’m comfortable sitting with confusion, burnout, belonging and loneliness. I also bring experience in grief practices, intuitive collaging and breathwork for clients who want deeper meaning-making. I offer a clear, grounded, non-judgmental space where your voice leads and change feels possible.
